they are known as Zuetron Defenders and Transmegators.

not really Battle Beast bootlegs as they dont share any sculpts/ parts... just similar in nature.

I disown these figs as BB's. They are ugly and undesirable in my opinion. No soup for you ZeutronDefenders.

What bootleg BB were we talking about?

Just got these in...all but one sealed! What joy! These suckers are hard to find. I've noticed they don't get too much love, though...both Transmegator and Zuetron Defenders don't seem to have any serious fans. I know there are collectors who actually enjoy the knock off s of popular figure lines more so than the real thing, but it generally doesn't seem to be the case with these poor dudes. Hell, they got a home in me.

Posted Image

Yeah, there's an older pic above, but here's the back for anyone who cares.

Posted Image

I kinda wanna see the insert for Zuetron Defenders now...do they have names too? If so...same as Transmegators? Hmmm......

Posted Image

Out of the eleven I got, only one was a double. Good news, though...that double was a color variation! Man, how many variations are out there, I wonder?

Posted Image

Their backsides...just because.

More versions of these guys.

Posted Image

Actually made of a softer material than the packaged ones I just got. Still flexible, though.

Posted Image

Their backsides as well.

Now a bunch of Zuetron Defenders...you know...just to get 'em out there if anyone wants to see how many versions exist.

Posted Image

These are the ones with the black paint apps.

Posted Image

It's weird how most have black on their chest and back, while some have it only on their back or chest.

Posted Image

Those are the ones without any black paint apps on either sides of their upper bodies. I didn't bother taking a picture of their backs...but if you reeeally have the urge to see 'em...holler!

Just for fun...a nice group shot:

Posted Image

I kinda like these as Battle Beast civilians or something to that effect. Transmegators are like ones in normal street clothes, and Zuetron Defenders might be military guys or something to be commanded by Battle Beasts. You know, like teams! That's why I love these boys.

'On Sale' or 'For Sale'. It's really the same thing! The word, 'Sale' means YOU CAN BUY IT,
not that it is discounted. We as consumers are conditioned to think"On Sale"means it's cheaper.

Figured this was the closest we had to an "official" Transmegators/Zeutron Defenders thread so I wanted to post this here. As such, could we get a title change for this thread to something more specific? (maybe, Transmegators/Zeutron Defenders - Battle Beasts Knockoffs"?)

Anyway, a few weeks ago I noticed this box of Transmegators in clear polys on Mandarake. Just thought this was interesting as I'd not heard of these being sold outside of Europe before, and these appear to be packaged to be sold in Asia (assuming Japanese but I can't see the text clearly enough). All the Transmegators I've seen have come in the polybags like the one Eric and countzackula posted earlier in the thread.

Any interest or info on these anymore? I may be scoring a couple of them off of a guy, and was happy to find some info about them. Really clueless about price though!

There is quite some interest known about these fellows by now out here and on the web but the info is quite scattered..... Just search for Zuetron Defenders or Transmegators to define which line you actually have or will get as that might make things a bit more easy along the way. As for the price that doesnt make a whole lot of a difference though because for both the prices seem to be around $5-15 max each and in most cases when these show up in larger lots the average price a fig might even go below the $5 each. So dont expect to much of them price wise.

Good luck!
