It's Kin Big Body.
Now, if you want to tell the difference between RObin and Kevin Mask, here's how:
ARMOR:
-Robin Mask's armor is a chestplate with narrow, dislike shoulderpads and a chevron insignia shaped somewhat like an openbook. He has Batman-ish knee pads, and boots.
-Kevin Mask's armor is segmented, with separate plates for the chest, abs, shoulders, and backi. it overall has a more "rounded" appearance, and has shoulder spikes. He wears pants.
HELMET:
-Robin and KEvin's helmets are nearly the same, but blonde hair spills out of Kevin's.

Here, see if this helps:
Robin Mask:
The blue bodysuit was his anime color scheme, and the original does not necessarily show up too much.
Kevin Mask:
And finally, Kevin tends to wear civilian clothes at times. If he's got a trenchcoat and t-shirt, it's Kevin, not Robin.
