Looking for the name of this line and the manufacture of this pirate. The only identifying mark on him is china on the underside of his boot. Boots have holes for standing him on something. Please help.

I don't know if it's an actual toyline or not..but I've seen them in wholesale toy cataloges like oriental imports, etc. I found a website that is currently selling them though...not much info on the way of the actual manufacturer though.
