Neither has any markings that I can find. The eyeball guy looks like he connects to a base or something. The dragon's head is able to turn. Thanks in advance!

My shop got the purple dragon thing in too. There was some Dragonheart toys in that lot, so possibly from there?
Interested to know where the eye-guy comes from too!

Yep, the purple dragon is called Medusa. It's one of the larger ones that can also move the wings. That one also has two heads, think it was the left one that could be separated?
