I just got these figures in a trade and dont no what they are. They are stamped 1986 TMAC TTL HK. Any help is appreciated thanks.
These two threads seem to discuss the figures at some point:

I have some images of the characters on other merchandise but no packaging for the actual figures themselves.
TMAC stands for 'The Mel Appel Company' and TTL may well be the partner firm in HK used to manufacture them (do you think Soups?).
Each figure also had a trading card

Yes, well done, mate! Although TGB has said several times on the board that the figures were Weird Ball Wrestlers, Fitz has found some Weird Ball merchandise (made by TMAC) that has actual pictures of these wrestling characters!I have some images of the characters on other merchandise but no packaging for the actual figures themselves.
I promptly went on eBay and bought a bunch of Weird Ball cards -- so hopefully we'll get even more info on these figures/characters when they arrive!
I think you're probably right, Fitz. As we know, a lot of times the HK company isn't even named... they just stamp "Hong Kong" or "China" on the sculpt.TMAC stands for 'The Mel Appel Company' and TTL may well be the partner firm in HK used to manufacture them (do you think Soups?).
I did some internets research on "TTL" and this is the best lead at the moment: TTL Holdings Limited
The problem is, these companies seem to deal with plastics for electronics and TTL Manufacturing seems to have been started in '88. However, I'd guess that it's likely a younger version of one of these TTL companies started out using their production facilities to make toys before they ventured into electronics. Just a thought.TTL Manufacturing Pte Ltd (TTLM) was incorporated in 1999 to manage the businesses of three companies. These companies were set up in Singapore during the 70s and 80s to provide high quality plastic products and services to the consumer electronics and telecommunications industries.
TTL Holdings Ltd (TTLH) was subsequently incorporated as a holding company for TTLM, Tonsan Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd (Tonsan) in Muar, Malaysia, and TTL Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co Ltd (TTLS) in the PRC. Tonsan and TTLS were started in 1988 and 2000 respectively to cater to the increase in demand for plastic products and services, as well as to be physically closer to TTL Group's MNC customers.
Anyway, as Fitz said, the search for these guys in packaging is still on!
