First pic 4 is Tai from Digimon 8 look like the star ship tooper toys pose maybe they was based off it?

In picture D, 7 is from micro machines military. I had a lot of those as a kid.

B2, B5, C1 [possibly C6] and E5 are Supreme (and anyone who ordered generics from them with their own branding)
B7 Corgi (and Dinky - they both bought in the same figure for old fashioned-car die-casts)
B9 Galoob (motorcycle rider)
B10 Bluebird
C2, C3 Matchbox or Mattel Hotwheels? 1990's
C4 might be Megablocks (if his base fits/wedges between four studs)
C5 could be Corgi 2000's there were only two sets green and sand?
C9,C10 Hong Kong copies of Airfix
D Esci (L) Airfix ®, Galoob, Galoob, Hong Kong, Galoob or Smart, 3xGaloob, 2xHK, HK, HK, HK

An alturnative for that C4 - Kellogg's did some compact Sci-Fi mini-scene things like mighty-max or polly-pocket which may have been a TV anime? He may be from one of those but I can't remember what it was called?
