I have no idea what this thing is but based on the description and images It seems like it's a roughly 30 year old vinyl figure filled with keshi figures and that is pure awesome. A vinyl guy and 13 keshi figures for 24 bucks seems like a steal and it looks like he has some stock to go around. Just stumbled across it and figured I would share with you peoples.

To get all those figures for less then 2 bucks each and a big crazy vinyl creature/container included seems like a good deal to me.

Woah! Muteking! That's obscure. I actually watched a handful episodes as a kid on VHS. Muteking is from 1980-1981. It was an anime by Tatsunoko Pro.

 

If I recall the story is about alien criminals from planet Tako (Octopus planet) coming to Earth for some nefarious deeds. One of the Sheriff from planet Tako arrives on earth and recruits an Earthling to transform into the roller skating her Muteking to fight the bad guys! The big figure here is the alien sheriff in question and the bad guys were little octopus alien who could take on human form if needed.

 

It had a pretty kickass opening.
