They're Military Muscle Men by the Old San Francisco Toy Company. They had some awesome villain figures. a couple of them had splayed mutant feet i think?

Found these in the bottom of a box of micro machines I bought at a garage sale. They look kind of like Men of Medal figures...it seems like I have seen other similar size and style figures before too, but I can't remember. They are just marked China. The Guts figure is there for comparison.

On a side note they really feel like an early 90's toy to me. The style of camo and gear on the figures reminds me of Operation Desert Storm. They are probably just cheapo knock off figures, but I like the gas mask guys...they are kind of freaky looking!

We get lots over here on eBay UK, under 'muscle' searches. I had a fair few as a kid - they came with fake medals too, which were pretty cool.
