It looks earlier than 1950s to me, anyway there's one that was on eBay and is now on Pinterest, identified as a 1930s Cracker Jack toboggan

I need help identifying an old toy of mine from the 50's. It's not for sale, my mother recently passed and going through some of her personal effects I found one of my old toys she kept. I have no idea what it is other than the obvious. It has no markings I can find whatsoever and is approx 1-7/8" long by 1" wide. The characters look like they are dressed up in the old Cracker Jack costumes, but I could not find anything out from that angle. They are riding what appears to be a sled. The toy itself appears to be pressed tin or metal with metal wheels. I am running out of guesses. Any help in identifying would be greatly appreciated.

Thats it exactly.  Thank you so much. I guess I was just looking in the wrong decade. This must have been hers and she passed it to me. Now it's completely priceless. I cant thank you enough for this information, you have made my day.
