So anyone good at identifying the exact colours of my GPKs? Im rubbish at working it out. All other than the top 2 in a semi clear red are from within the UK.

If all those figgies are from the UK, the first thing you need to do is DUMP them in a tub of water!

Posted Image

If any of them float, then you can identify them as "UK floaters/hards." We're pretty certain they were only available in the UK and maybe Australia. Some collectors really dig the floaters.

As for the two, quasi-translucent figgies at the top of the pic, if they are made of a "rubbery" plastic, they are Neon Red-Oranges. The one above it should be made of the same type of rubbery plastic and is an Orange. I hesitate to call them "rare" anymore -- as they are everywhere now, but they are more highly sought by collectors. Other than that, from a quick look at your pic, it looks like everything else is pretty common (unless they float!).

Cheers!

Thanks for the pics! Hey, float those babies in water and see what you've got. I'm looking for a UK Cinnamon Thin Lynn, as well as a UK Aqua Thin Lynn... :)

well did the water test, most sank, just 2 floaters- the 2 figures in quasi-translucent red. They are quite a hard plastic.

Well, mate, if any of them were gonna float, those two are definitely good ones! :) (Unless of course you prefer rubbery Neon Red-Oranges as I do...) But anyhow, that means they are UK Cinnamon Reds. They seem to be highly sought by most Cheapie collectors at the moment. However, I have to say that it's very odd that you got them from outside the UK... Where did you get them?

Here's a shot of some UK Cinnamons in natural sunlight:

Not quite sure, i traded them for some others a few years back (when i thought there were only 6 colors available-oh the days!!). Come to think of it it could have been within the uk. Used to trade so much when was getting my he-man set.

Nice score, meats. Is this the first Canadian Aqua Petey? :o I think it may indeed be.

You'll have to get Nico the info so he can add it to his tracker thread at the UG.

EDIT: Do'h, looks like Nico has a CA Petey. :)
