I've checked the poster multiple times and looked at my collection and for the life of me I can't come up with what figure this is. This is a picture from the univeristy of muscle page but this thing turned up in a lot I was considering buying too. Any help would be much appreciated.

That's a bootleg of a Kinkeshi called Cyborg Kid.

 

That particular bootleg appears to be a Future Man, though that sculpt has been used for other known bootleg lines, such as Alien Wrestler.
