Today I was in Hollywood with my wife and we stopped in this odd sort of shop called Wacko. They had every sort of designer or indie toy you could imagine, and lo and behold I saw two pegs full of OMFG series 1 and 2 flesh. I wasn't in the least expecting to find something like that in a random toy shop, so it was really cool. So I was wondering if anyone had any similar experience with finding these at an actual brick and mortar store?

I have been able to buy the blue ones at Rotofugi's brick and mortar store, since I live in the area. Although that's not a surprise sighting like yours, there's definitely something about going in there and buying them in person that's more satisfying than ordering them online.

Yeah they had Z.O.M.B.I.E.S. too, for $1 a piece, just thrown into this container.

They were released through diamond comic distributors, which pretty much supplies all the comic stores in the USA with comics & most other nerdly goods. So realistically, any retail shop in the US could have them. I think they only released the flesh series this way though.

I've never had any luck with OMFG at any of my area hobby/comic shops in the Downriver/Detroit area. Every time I ask I get that same befuddled look and then they make a suggestion that has nothing to do with mini-figures and for a moment I feel dead inside.

Guzu gallery in Austin carries OMFG. They also have tons of other LRGs, including a big tub of M.U.S.C.L.E.s! I always grab a few when I go in.

I've seen OMFG series 1 and 2 flesh sets near the register at a local gaming/comic shop. I was half-way surprised to see them, but they also stock Mystical Warriors of the Ring and some Kabuto Mushi figures.
