I always enjoy seeing so many different designs being submitted, this should be fun!
Might even submit one last time...

I'm shocked that nobody has tried to make an anorexic Shrek with horse teeth.

Well... uhhh, at least Grinding Chuck marks a strong start. Feeling the cutesy one moreso than the monstrous one.

It is! It's almost as if George is me and everyone else are my 3 daughters... doesn't matter how many times and how many ways George says it, people still question it.

And people really love there "look, upside down he's a different character" with human butt hanging out the backside.

Haha, see, this is where we diverge a bit, my friend. George could easily be one of your daughters in several cases.

Off topic, but I could swear I bought a little game figure from someone in Kokomo that had that Kaiju Kaos logo on many of his items. Comic books, games, figures, all in a stand.  Said he was on this site sometimes?  I have the figure at home, he's holding a rifle I believe.

Yep, that's me Jeremy. I was at COIL CON 4 at Kokomo Toys in August and released that COIL mini for the show. He's in my online shop (in my signature). I created the game Kaiju Kaos and I'm on a team that produces all the figures. Some of the sculpts have been by members of this forum. It's a great little community! Thanks for putting 2 and 2 together! :)

RE: Grinding Chuck

I think I recall seeing a few other meatgrinder minifigure designs dating back to early 2011... you guys know what I am talking about?

I can't think what you're referring to, maybe it's in someone's signature though, they often turn up there those meatgriners

I keep meaning to submit something, but I dunno - I don't really have any support (or faith in myself), still it's open until Jan 10th I might be able to talk myself around by then  :laugh2:

Lack of originality as well as undermining other indie toy maker's products? No amount of shitieness from OT would surprise me at this point.

Jimmy and I are going to submit this as "The Not-as-Cute REAL Meatgrinder"

(Yes that was a Ghostbusters Cartoon Reference)

Then I am going to submit this one as The Original Cute Meatgrinder

It must be really hard to come up with an original design for some people.

Well... I posted a civil response over on OT. You homies need to back me up when people start saying crazy shi*t like "there are no such things anymore as original ideas"...

Seriously though, what are the odds? I am not calling anyone out, but really? A minifigure with a meatgrinder head? Both "cute" and "not-so-cute" versions? This scene is very small, and my meatgrinder figure has been a lot of places. LRG, OT forums (posted 2.5 years ago!), eBay, Yudetamago tweeting, my blog, SDCC, Grass Hut, Clutter Magazine Gallery, Super Festival, Wonderfestival, Rampage Toys, The God Beast, Man-e-toys, Minifigures XD, MUSCLE THINGS CUSTOMS, University of Muscle, Mandarake, Twitter, Facebook, and the list goes on...

But if you speak against the Gaper... he will use his platform to do everything in his power to shut you down. Up to and including running a smear campaign against your suppliers. Of course he will use other people to speak for him and refuse to look into the camera during the intro, fidgiting the whole time.

I'm sure Bogleech will comment when he sees it. Wouldn't surprise me if he submits something else instead. Doesn't strike me as an unoriginal ripoff artist. He has a ton of other designs he could submit.

So much this. It's frustrating that a man like him has such a big influence on our small community, and even more so that he chooses to use his power in this way.

I'm sure he is a swell guy.

I just wanted to point out that I have multiple meat grinder themed minifigures designs already out there.
