So, I've seen pictures of Yokai Watch characters, except they are ugly and grouchy looking. I think it might be a parody cartoon? Does anybody have a clue what I am talking about? I can't even find pictures on google, but I have seen them pop up in my Instagram feed.

I'd have sworn it was some kind of bizarre prank if it wasn't for some of the videos I later found demoing the DX toy itself. For example:

So my daughter wanted to watch this show, and I went with it. Season 1 episode 12 sold me with the fart ghost. That and the sleep over episode where they try and watch risky adult shows cracked me up. I'm a fan.

Yeah, I originally dismissed it as a Pokémon clone, but it's definitely its own thing with its own flavor and structure.
