I understand the MIMP series 1 Battle Cards are pretty common and not worth much. But what about the series 2/3/4 ones?

I thought they were considered rarer and worth more, but I've had no interest whatsoever from my near complete Series 2 set I've had listed in "Got Toys" for a few months. I priced the set at £20/$34, which considering they don't pop up on ebay very often I thought was a fair price to ask - thoughts?

I also heard that some cards were never produced, including the Ganesha card from series 2. And I also read somewhere that the Herne The Hunter card is somehow rarer than the rest of series 2. I'm not even sure the series 3 and 4 ones exist actually, I can't remember but I'm sure someone here will tell me.

Incidentally, my series 2 set is only missing Herne, and I just spotted an ebay lot including the Herne card, if anyone is looking for it. Ends Sunday 7th. Here's the link:

I know that they produced Super Creepies cards and there's one or two on eBay currently. I can't recall of the top of my head about Super Scaries and I've certainly never seen any series 3.

I've noticed before that sellers have noted that a certain card is missing from their set as it was never made. I haven't heard anything about the Herne card being rare before though.

I rarely see interest in any of the cards. I have a large MIMP card collection, but can't recall meeting anyone else that does.

I was trying to collect all the cards at one point, I ended up with a complete set of s1, s2 (missing Ganesha) s6 and s6b, s7 and half of series 4 and 5. In the end I sold them all, the set which people were most interested in was the SS dino set. I had at least 4 herne's card at one point. I've seen the sealed series 1 and 2 sets reach £25-£35
I've still got at least two complete sets of S6 dino cards.

There were certainly SUPER SCARY battle cards. I actually owned them a few years back now. Sadly however, as you might have all guessed there was no Hanuman card! :(

Thanks for the replies, so do you guys think £20/$34 is about the right price to ask for my complete-but-one S2 set (in good condition)?

I don't have any interest in the Battle Cards myself but I love the MIMP art cards, just wish I could find the foreign S2 and S3 sets but all I ever see is random individual cards that are way overpriced.

Without the Herne card, quite honestly, it's hard to say what a good price is. I personally don't collect battle cards anymore, so I wouldn't really know.

I'd also like to own the foreign ones. Especially all of Series 3 (including the missing numbers #82-#96) I love that artwork. Does anyone actually know if these were written in English?

If you decide to sell an extra set of series 6 cards let me know. I think I only have a couple of them, not counting the sealed ones in my Series 6 2 pack.
