Faith No More and Mr. Bungle
Saturday morning cartoons and poorly dubbed kung fu movies to follow
Great video games and riding a bike without a helmet
Playing at construction sites and coming home when the street lights come on
Plenty more, but that came to mind first.

My boy (8) thinks I'm awesome because of how I have toys, etc....he always says- You aren't like other kids dads. They are like, always serious and stuff".
The 2010's going to rule nostalgically for him I bet....haha...except he won't like stuff from the 2010's. He will be liking 80's toys and things of my nostalgia.

Hahaha YES! There is some excellent dialog going on here
I always sucked at video games, and never had a power glove. I still don't really understand the PG....
Love me some 80's horror movies! I wish movies were still made with puppets and robots and hell, even stop motion animation (I'm looking at you, Q).

BUT in many ways although poorly executed it was a precursor to the wii. And love it or hate it, the wii changed the industry in a lot of ways. It just helped that the wii WORKED where as the PG didn't.

Trapper Keeper, scratch n sniff stickers, NES, the labyrinth, dot matrix printing paper, double dare, muscle cans, playing Oregon trail in computer class, watching muppet babies, reading rainbow, peewee's playhouse, and pretty much everything on Nickelodeon.
Haha yessssssss.... The labyrinth. Wooden deal with steel ball right?
Along with Oregon trail, where in the world is Carmen San Diego?

I don't recall playing Carmen San Diego in computer class, but in the early 90s watched this every day after school.

And I was more of a "Legend" movie watcher than "Labyrinth"
"I.... Am The Lord...... Of Darknesss..... " Best line of the Legend and right in the very beginning.....
Red lambo posters at the book fair......Ferrari testerosa maybe? In yellow? Hahaha

My Lambo poster was white, or silver. Loved that hunk of Italian garbage.
