Hi all,

I apologize if this is in the wrong section as I'm new, I did look about to check before I posted and couldn't see much that would relate to this query!

I've seen loads of pics of peoples collections where they have tiered display stands for their minifigs, as I've almost finished my P.E.T. Aliens I thought I'd treat myself to one and get a nice display going but I have no idea what to search for or where to go.

Any pokes in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I'll be using this thread to post the pics of my collection this weekend also.

Welcome to the board!

Check out this awesome display case for $99 + shipping.  http://www.littlerub...howtopic=178333  So far I've bought standup display cases from Ashley's Furniture.

Hmm, looks awesome but isn't quite what I had in mind I was looking along the lines of some plastic steps

EDIT (I have found exactly what I wanted in ALLSPORTDVD's collection thread)

I created my own tiered steps with an xacto knife and some white corrugated poster board.

Thats probably what I'll end up doing.

I've seen some real nice displays on ebay listings where the stand obviously isn't included, leaves me longing!

Got the answer I was looking for in ALLSPORTDVD's thread. Nail Polish stands.

I'll post some collection pics here this weekend!

I was just posting about these steps in another thread recently. I found this website that sells a variety of clear acryllic steps and other displays.

Hey there - and welcome to the forum!

You have inspired me to have a look for some form of display shelving for my MUSCLEs too.

I came across this on Amazon UK - quite like the look of it :)

http://www.amazon.co...pd_sim_sbs_kh_4

Only £19.99 (<$30?)

Also this one: http://www.amazon.co...d_bxgy_kh_img_y

Only £9.99 ($15)

J

Those black acrylic ones are sweet, but would show the dust up like a britch! The clear ones are a fantastic price and maybe a better option IMO.

I agree with ya Burty - Imagine 3 or 4 of the clear ones side-by-side. Would look great :)

OK! Got some pics of some of my stuff. Nothing amazing right now as I'm only just starting out. I have more action figures but they're in storage right now (mostly resident evil stuff).

I also have a handful of MIMP and Boglins but they are in need of cleaning up (for some reason, child me thought boglins looked much better coated in tip-ex...)

LRG's

Attached File  IMG_20130911_205858.jpg   104.27K   46 downloads

Some PET aliens (waiting on a big delivery of P.E.T. from eBay ATM).

Attached File  IMG_20130911_205941.jpg   109.83K   56 downloads

REEEEALLY UGLY Sonic LRG's, I keep em around because they're so bad its funny.

Attached File  IMG_20130911_210005.jpg   85.16K   49 downloads  Attached File  IMG_20130911_210133.jpg   107.57K   52 downloads

Season two of Moomin minifigs, I keep meaning to order season one and two little animal crossing minifigs (with buildings), I'm not sure of what line they belong to, I got one for buying the game and another for buying a nintendo magazine. If I knew I'd have to order more, my girlfriend would force me to!

Attached File  IMG_20130911_205927.jpg   99.42K   52 downloads

Trash pack. They don't seem too popular around here and the sculpts are quite poor but I can't help but love em. Nothing rare there apart from a few 'beach trash' figs.

NON - LRG

My collection of modern turtle stuff. The older stuff is still in storage. There's 10 action figures in the line there but I haven't had chance to set them up in a nicer way.

It's a small collection on display ATM but I'm hoping it'll grow soon when my 'office' (mancave) is sorted out and I can display all my toys, lotr Lego (between me and the missus we have all of the lotr lego including the newspaper giveaways and the tower of orthanc) and retro games in full!

Yeah I'm thinking of picking up a clear one for my P.E.T. collection on payday.

My P.E.T. Aliens arrived from a seller last night, I have the entire set! they look so cool all together. I'll try to get some pics up this weekend.

On a different topic, if anyone with the power is reading, would it be possible to change the name of this thread to "Blore07's Collection"?
