I have accumulated quite a lot of broken MIMP, so I decided to make a home for them all. I bought a TMNT sewer lair and made it into a MIMP Retirement home:

Cool! What's going on with that metallic blue Golem? Painted or custom cast? Such a shame to see a cyan Jotun Troll missing his club too
Me and my mother paint our broken figures. Haven't had time lately, but there are about 10 of them on the Lair. The Jotun is a Sonrics so don't cry too hard

*Gasp* a part of me just died. I plan on painting all of my ruined figures at some point. You should consider doing the same or just give them away.

I generally try to fix broken figures... Then usually that broken figure becomes one of my favored pieces, on account of it earning a personality.
Different strokes, though. They're his figures, if he wants to trash them, that's his prerogative. I dig Jud's set-up a lot more, though.

Maybe someday I will be able to fix mine. But my talents in that area are limited to superglue. I can't sculpt the evil awesomeness that you do

Mine aren't actually in the bin yet, they're all in a box, waiting to be chucked. They've been stinking up the place for far too long and they serve no function.

Dont mean to derail the thread; but what do you use to sculpt miniatures ironmask? I tried sculpy which I hate because it pulls and stretches too much. It was even worse on a miniature scale.

Just checked. The point value is scratched off and looks deformed. The rest of the figure is great.
