His life support systems are running out and he needs to find his home world fast! He is marked 87 PANOSH and he articulates at the waist. Help me find out where he belongs so he can go home! He has a wife and kids

Good question. He almost looks like a G.U.T.S. figure.

I have a couple G.U.T.S. figures around here, they're quite a bit thinner in stature and unarticulated.

Odd to see a Panosh toy that rotates at the waist, isn't it?

The only hit I get that's of any relevance at all are the Panosh dinosaur figures, but those had no joints. And, you know, aren't little space men.

Incidentally, he does remind me a lot of the astronauts from that Twilight Zone episode. Poor little guys.

Man, i'm surprised nobody has come up with an answer to this yet. Of course i've done a lot of searching and can't come up with anything myself either. It's odd though, between the Panosh dinos that are pretty popular and Ninja MITES, you'd think there'd be more Panosh-related info on the internet somewhere....things stamped clearly with a date and manufacturer shouldn't prove so mysterious.

Good guess, themematiclly the little guy would fit in with your trash bag bunch, but no.

I did find this http://www.virtualto...tcommandos.html, sounds a bit familiar but I can't find pics.

Are Panosh and Panosh Place the same company or diffrent?

Probably the same; it's not as if Panosh is all that common a name. And the description does match this guy perfectly, so I bet that's it.

too bad the seller doesn't know where they came from anymore than we do. although the other figures from the line gives us something a little more to search for. at least for an alternate sculpt.

that's funny that the packaging says "poseable". don't they only swivel at the waist? looking at these figures also makes me believe that the mystery yellow guy is from this line, if not a spin-off or later series of it.
