I got my Battleclad Spawn in the mail today, it's been along time coming, I've wanted one since they were first released way back in 96, just never got around to picking one up, until now that is. To my surprise I found that I got the rare "no peg-holes" version, it's no diffrent from the regular retial version other than it has no peg-holes, anyway...

Looks:
One if not THEE best Spawn toy designs, definitly my favorite, he sorta reminds me of something from Guyver with his armor, very cool looking, actually now that I think of it, he would fit more better in Soul Calibur 2 than the Al Simmons Spawn...

Accessories:
He comes with his snap on Armor and Battle Staff with two extra Blades that can either be placed on the staff or on the back of his armor, I think he could have come with more weapons, some Katar Blades would work very cool for this figure...

Articulation:
Battleclad Spawn is articulated at the wrist, elbows, knees, hips, waist, shoulders, and neck. Pretty good comapred to most McFarline figures...

Overall:
Fantastic action figure, great design, McFarlane should re-do him for another Alternate Realities line...

Sadly I don't have a digital camera yet, so here is a great pic I found on google...

Is that the one from the Spawn movie? I think thats a pretty neat looking figure, how much did you have to fork out to get him? I say about $20-$25 for him.

Definitely a good buy. The detail on that figure is spectacular! Very spooky too. I have an uncontrollable urge to buy figures that look that cool, especially if they are creepy or evil looking. :(

Oh man, arforbes, you gotta get some Spawn figures, they are among my favorite toys. The detail on them is great, and if you want something evil or creepy looking, look no further. I can't wait for series 23. Spawn figures ROCK!

ummm...series 23 is already out. I was gonna buy Al Simmions yesterday, but I decided against it. But the figures look hella cool.

Cool, I'll have to see if they have em at my mall tomorrow. I haven't been out much lately. I wanna get Malbolgia and Spawn more than the other ones. I tend to stay away from average looking figures like the Al Simmons one you mentioned.

I saw some pics of series 24 in the new toyfare, and they look really wicked. It's gonna be an entire series of spawn sculpts based on popular Spawn covers. Those will be sweet as hell. B)
