I received this figure from TGB a few years ago. Seems like it may be a game piece of some sort. However, it doesn't seem to belong to the one Star Wars board game I had in mine: Wicket the Ewok by Parker Bros.

I've never seen a similar piece on eBay, though I frequently search for Ewoks. This little figgy is one of my favorite pieces of my collection. Any help would be appreciated!

In case you're on dial-up, the bottom of the figure says: CHARACTER © 1983 LFL

I think this may be a non-US release. They released figures like this for Droids, maybe they did an Ewok thing too. I'll check Toys R Gus.

Bet you thought I knew what it was didn't you. Well I've seen it before, but it may have been in one of your Collection pics. How big is it? I'm gonna go with Veer's Idea and say it's probably a foreign fig. But it could just be from somewhere right under our nose! Most 'Ewoks' items are uncommon or rare.

MY GOSH!!! Did you guys know Rachel Ray is like 39!!!??? I thought she was in her 20s!

Yeah, I did think you might know! Anyhow, it's about 1.5" -- same scale as MUSCLEs.

Well, I looked around for you for about 40 minutes last night, but couldn't find anything. I'm pretty regular about scavenging through vintage SW's lots on eBay though, so if I come across anymore of these I'll let you know.

It is a figure from the game 'Ewoks Save The Trees', released in 1984 by Parker Brothers.

Here's a pic of the game:

Here's a link to some details on the game:

Ewoks Save The Trees

It would appear the figure came in 4 colors (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue)

Awesome! Great Call Nicodemus! I think I saw one of those board games at a thrift store a long time ago, but there weren't any pieces in it. I'll keep an eye out at fleamarkets, thriftstores, and antique malls for you Soups. If I find one, it's cheap, and I have the money I'll pick it up for you.

Haha, this has to be a crazy coincidence. I swear I have searched the interwebs (including eBay) high and low for these Ewok figurines.

Brilliant response, oh diplmatic one!
Ha ha, I do hate them, though.
I'd like to send Mr. T to Endor, for Ewok tossing competitions, as opposed to the fabled "Dwarf Tossing" he allegedly used to be involved in.

Well, you're certainly not alone. Lots of people hate the blatant merchandising Ewoks. At least my money is going to other collectors and not George.

I don't know why, but the alien characters have always been my favorite SW characters, and the Wookies and Ewoks have always been my favorites of them. Yub-yub!

When I started collecting Vin figs, the Aliens were my first picks. But I gotta say I like some of the human figs alot better, and for some reason I thought the Leia figs were more feminine looking than the newer ones. And the Old Ewok Figs were much more spot on from the films than any of the newer ones as well. I love ewoks. ;) I hate dead ewoks though. :notme: I always get sad when that one gets shot by the chicken walker.
