Hi,

I'm stumped with the identification of those toys. Maybe someone of you knows more about them.

The red Boy figure has a "JAPAN" mark on the back. The other figures seems to be from the same Toyline. The blue one reminds me of Toxic Avenger. Anybody?

These figures I've heard referred to as Madball figures, not to be confused with the Weirdball figures. However, I can't confirm that they are Madball figs because I've never seen them in packaging.

Alright, I'll take this one pic at a time.

The first pic

Little Green Robot = L.Gaim Mech Figure

Little Green Rat = A Rat Fink I believe

The Rest I'm unsure about, but the black dude in the white shirt might be a dollar store fig.

the Second Pic

Pink Boyish fig = A Girl, C.U.T.I.E :p

Yellow (two Headed) , Blue, Orange figures = Toxic Crusaders

Yellow (fishman), Green Figures = Ninja Turtles.

Both Were made by Playmates of course.

Third Pic

As of the moment I don't believe they are either WeirdBall, or Madball. They are stamped TMAC, but neither Madball, or Weirball have those stamps to my knowledge. I've seen them packaged, but for the life of me can't remember what they are called, and can't find any info on them. :( Weirdball toys were made by CrayArt, and Madballs were made by Amtoy. If someone has any Madballs that have TMAC on them then they are Madballs for sure. I was thinking something like Sicko Wrestlers, but Until I can find a packaged pic of them, I'm not 100% sure. :(

I'll add to that, the yellow fishdude in the second pic is Merdude and the one to the right of that is casey jones. I wasnt' aware though that playmates made a m.u.s.c.l.e sized line of figures. Does anyone know if these were pack ins or something completely seperate. I have quite a few of the original run tmnt carded but no pack-ins there.

Na, I think these were seperate little things. Possibly pack ins for a vehicle or something, but I don't think there are many different sculps, as Merdude, and Casey Jones are the only two I can remember seeing. In fact I'm pretty sure this isn't the first time Dark Clown has asked about these figures.

I had always heard they were called "Ugly" or "Ugli" - Ball figures.. I used to have a bunch of those, they turn up in Muscle lots often. Also, anyone ever see those ones that are similar to Muscle/Kinkeshi, but are taller and more rubbery? They are only marked by a letter or number, and seem to be Japanese in style. I have some somewhere, Ill have to get a pic. They come in primary colors and also sky blue. From what I recall, there is a viking-type dude, a dude that looks like Megalon in the face, and a guy with his arms raised wearing like an S&M mask.

Anyhow, most of the ones I could have IDed have already been done, so.. And about those little PlayMates figures..I remember getting bunches of those, along with poorly painted little Toho Kaiju and bootleg Muscles from a gumball machine on Long Island. That machine RULED! One day I dropped like $30 and DRAINED what was left of the sucker! The header card said something like "Space Monsters" along with some weird Kanji characters. It had UltraMan minis, plastic spaceships, and all kinds of goodies. (Though I ended up with WAYYY too many of the bootleg Muscle figure that looks like Goro from Mortal Kombat..lol...and randomly painted at that..some would have just the pants painted, some just the pony tail.

Anyhow..
