OH YEAH!!!!  I've been entering these contests since Sherrie restarted them and I'm glad I finally won.  For those who don't know me that's because though I have over 250 posts, most of them are regarding either buying or selling toys.  So I will use this contest as a poor  excuse to properly introduce myself.

I'm Majinmoo(HI!)

I love all types of miniature figures

I played college football and stuff.

I buy and sell toys alot.

I'm occasionally an adult.

That's It!!!  Let's get to the contest at hand.....

Contest Rules:
1) Say Yes and follow the instructions below.
2) Be a member for at least ten days.
3) If you win you must host your own FOREVER YES CONTEST.
4) Each member can only enter one time.

5) WInner will be chosen at random via I dunno yet I just know it will be random.

The last few contests have an added rule so this contest shall be no exception.  This time, Say Yes and tell me a tv show that your kids/Spouse/significant other force you to watch but you can't stand watching.  Mine are Caillou  and Zaboomafoo.  The moment my niece find something better to watch I will be thankful.

Anyway here is whats you all are playing for

20140720_204246_zpse9350df9.jpg

Transformers, Dinosaurs, Keshi and Much more!!  42 figures in all.  I will add battle beasts more if the contestant pool grows.

Finally, Thank you to the LRG community for all the support over the years.  You guys are awesome, thus the high number of figs.

Good luck everyone!

Yes! And the bane of my existence was Oprah. For some reason, growing up, Oprah was on every television everywhere, all of the time. Ugh.

Yes. I have no kids or significant other, but my grandmother always tries to get me to watch the Kardashians. I explained to her that I would rather keep my brain cells intact.

Yep, mine is Honey Boo Boo as well. If white trash, ignorant, disgusting, pieces of crap can get a million dollar T.V. show then why oh why can't I.

Yes.

My girlfriend doesn't watch much TV and I don't have kids so I avoid most of the crap out now, but she did make me watch the entire Katy Perry concert "documentary" when we first started dating a few years ago. Luckily her musical tastes have moved on since then, but my god was that torturous. Half the thing was her complaining about how much she missed Russel Brand (this was before they broke up and I hate that this is a fact in my brain)

I'm not entering, since I just won a contest, and you just won mine, but I did wanna chime in on the show thing.
I don't have kids, and my GF is pretty good about not requiring me to watch the shows she enjoys, but I will say this: often as we are going to bed, and I am reading a book (Upton Sinclari's "The Jungle", currently), my GF, who is a brilliant and talented artist, will be viewing in my proximity sh*t like "Bad Girls Club". Can you appreciate the unbalance here?

PS: Nilla - I have a group of hot female friends that I get together with and watch Sex and the City :D

How about the "Naked..." vein of TV shows out now? it started with "Naked and Afraid", but now they apparently have "Naked Househunters" and "Naked Dating"

I mean, at this point I think we need to come up with a term to describe entertainment that's below low brow.

We do. It's called reality shows.

I'm not eligible for the contest, but had to share anyway. Barney the dinosaur is my kids favorite show and she wants to watch it several times a day. Because I work from home I can't escape it. As a kid I was lucky because Barney didn't exist when I was the appropriate age, it was just something to laugh about and make fun of.  For those of you who don't have children yet be careful what shows you let them watch because they love repetition and once they like and know a character's name it is all over!

my plan is to subject them to BBC nature documentaries and avoid the traditional shows if I can.  I remember being obsessed with this one VHS we had with like 3 different docs on it when I was very young, and I've seen my friend's toddler zone out Teletubbies style watching Planet Earth so I think it could work ;)
