Just seen today, they have brought out an Advent Calendar, which contains 24 different Series 2 figures. Great idea, but pretty expensive. There is no mention of exclusive or Ltd Edition figures though. I am wondering if this is just a case of them breaking up unsold Series 2 packs (before Series 3 hits europe) and reusing the figures to get rid of stock. The Calendar seems to come from Captain Play (the German distributor) and is nothing to do with the UK distributor (Flair). If they are random, then its probably cheaper to just buy 2 12 packs which seem to be on offer anyhow.

Anyone bought one and cracked it open to see whats inside?

Series 3 and UFT have just come out here.

They're definitely running out of ideas by now (oh look, more worms, flies and junked kitchen appliances) but I'd say this is compensated for by improved sculpts and paint apps; Series 3 figures really look great.

However, the sheer number of figures is overwhelming now and I really am finding it hard to keep up with everything. Even the playsets have started coming out with multiple colour variants of the exclusive figures, so if you're a completist, you'll end up buying a whole fleet of garbage trucks and the like.

If anyone knows of the existence of a comprehensive checklist or similar with everything that has been released, then I would find that most useful.

How do the beach ones feel like? does the sand texture on the figure become loose and fall off?

Its all getting too much for me, there are just so many of them now (and ever increasing) They are not cheap either, I think I'll plod on trying to complete series 2 (only about 30left to find) and the others will be on a if I find them cheap enough basis. I had asked if my local toy shop would save the Series 2 display stand for me, they said they would, I went in recently and it had been replaced with series 3, I asked what happened to the stand, they'd scrapped it. I saw these at my local wall mart and picked up a few packs (series 1) to check them out. Not sure if i'll keep picking them up due to the amount of figures in a set. LOL just to expensive to get a full set but i got germ worm 093 and114. Germ worm 93(the pink one) is smaller than the 114 (orange one). Is this normal? I figured they would use the same molds for the figures and be the same size just different colors.

I have several unopened Trash Packs, and while I want to open them, I'm afraid that they will all be duplicates. The "visible" Trashies are sometimes the same between packs.

Are the "unseen" Trashies randomized?

No, all the packs with some figures shown and some hidden are set assortments unless one of the figures is replaced with a super rare.

Thanks. Good to know.

So a potential super rare figure could be one of the visible figures or the ones hidden in the trash cans?

I'd imagine the super rares from each series have all been in blind packaging of one form or another. The only exception (sort of) was with the fizz bags as there have been reports of the little numbered certificate thingy being visible attatched to the backing card behind the bag.

You are talking about two different trashies. One is Mucky Maggot. The 3 colors of each trashie are indeed the same mold, so you just have two different trashies.

I added a pic. I have a Mucky Maggot so i know it's not him, added him to the pic as well. the pink one is just a bit smaller than the orange. wasn't sure if that was due to different molds or if they could shrink a bit after being made.

What a magnificent list!

Trashies were what brought me here to the site. They have a soft spot in my heart. I've collected 35 so far, with more in the mail :+).

[Btw, my first, and so far only, double is a red Squish Fish. I'd love to trade it to someone else who is starting out with Trashies :).]

Series 4 is just coming out here now, I bought a few 5-packs from Toys R Us just to tide me over until Argos get their shit together and release the 12 packs.

Love the figures so far, but especially the mini Trashies, which must be the tiniest LRGs I've ever seen.

Multiskull and regular Trashie for size:

Very interesting reading, that'll be how they'll keep them coming until December here in that case. I have taken a photo of the display case I recently managed to acquire via ebay, I was winning bidding, but the listing was pulled as the seller was getting lots of offers for the figures. Someone paid a fortune to have just the figures inside, and I managed to then get the left over display case from the seller which he had left over.

http://www.flickr.co...s/59660509@N06/

I was trying to ID the figures last night, I am pretty sure virtually all of them are just normal figures you could get in packets, aside maybe a couple in the far right of the case (can anyone spot anything different at all?) I also have all those Crazy Bone figures up for swap trade for Trash Pack figures if anyone fancies some trades.
Cheers
Ben

Finally managed to snag one of those Trash Pack display cases :D

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261225875813

Surprised that it only went for £16 as the last one I saw on eBay a few months ago went for £46, however I'm not complaining.

Better pics when it arrives :)

Thanks! Glad to be here. Found out my Walgreens had a bunch of series one 2 packs...thus fueling the madness. :D

I am debating the UFT figs. Which might just be, in my opinion. the closest thing we have to TRUE modern Muscle figs.
