Around me, I have found figures at Walgreens (S1&2 only), Kmart (S3 only), Walmart (S1 a long time ago), Target (S2, S3, UFT) and ToysRUs (all series).... further fueling the madness!

I really like the UFT's and am trying to collect the whole set now.  It's VERY easy to collect since you get to see 6 of the 12 pieces in a 12 pack and they are mostly set up the same.  I'm still trying to get the remaining few pieces that I need for this set.  I haven't heard much talk on here about UFT's, but I really like them!

I like the UFTs as well, they also come in blind single packs with no can but 8 cards. My Walgreens has series 3 2-packs and Toys R Us has everything - including the trucks, playsets, etc that sometimes fetch a good price on ebay. I like the little car ones that just came out as well. Kinda pricey for just little pieces of rubber, but my daughter loves them and I can see the appeal with kids.

From what I can surmise, they are rubber covered diecast.

I spotted Trash Pack Magazine is now out in the UK, and has a figure on the cover each week, I've seen the word exclusive on the cover, issue 5 having 2 different ones available, so you are pretty much to go out and spend 2 x £3.99 to get them.  They are milking the figures for all they are worth! Managed to pick up the magazines I missed, but its all costing me a fortune this collecting lark. haha.

The magazine sounds like the Moshi Monsters mag which is also HUGE in the UK. It would be great to see something like that in the States.

Already early issues are selling for high amounts! so worth getting back issues direct from pony magazine who seem to sell them! (must be the same publisher).

Does anyone know where I can find Trash Pack Checklists in EXCEL format like this:

[_]493 orange Gas Ghost - U

I found them at somepoint for S1, 2 and 3, but would like one for 4 and 5 and any exclusives. No matter how much googling I do, I just can't find any, or the original ones I found too!

Cheers
Ben

Great display and pic, pocketmego!  It's awesome to see your collection and how much it has grown!  Trash Wheels, Gross Ghosts, UFT... you're a true Trash Pack connoisseur!  :)

I would love to see something like this in the States as well!  It's so frustrating to have all of these country-specific exclusives that make collectors like us go insane!  That's what LRG is for though... keeping each other sane!  :)  I did see the latest issue of Trash Pack magazine and thought it was great!  A much taller magazine than we would have in the states, but full color, glossy pages and lots of great things inside!

I got the Scrap racers, but the only way I could get them at a reasonable price was to just get them with exclusive Trashies removed. Which is fine, I had some fun matching trashies to vehicles, but I will be looking to get them complete when I get some cash. What's annoying is what I had to go through to gt them. WShy would they not simply have released them world wide. It makes no sense.

Has anyone else been buying the magazine, are the figures given away just random ones from the series, I know issue 5 are exlusive ones, but earlier editions just seem to have standard S3 or S4.  I have looked at 2 issues of Issue 1, they both had different S3 figures.

Managed to snaffle a 12 pack of UFT trashies on Amazon, a new seller listed a pack for £3.99 which was a bargain.  Had a look at the last night, I am assuming there are no real rare ones in the set of 98 figures.  The checklist only shows the names and pictures, none of the C, R, UR like normal Trashies.

Correct about the magazine, issues 1-4 only had ordinary Series 3 and Series 4 figures, although issue 3 had the first Series 4 figures you could actually get in this country. Series 5 is the first issue to carry exclusives. Funnily enough, I was going to write to them and suggest that they include exclusive figures, so they pretty much read my mind.

No UFTs appear to be rare, some are exclusive to certain playsets. This series doesn't seem to have been as successful as the regular line and you can pick up some real bargains on ebay for them. I tried and failed to sell 36 figures for 20 quid, so they're pretty much useless from a resale perspective.

I was reading the reviews of the UFT sets on amazon, it would appear the actual game toy is flawed, so kids were unable to actually use it correctly, making it a bit pointless on that front, I'll probably try and get the set as and when they are cheap enough, my lot of 76 S3 Trashies arrived yesterday in the post, now killing time until the other 130 lot turn up and I can see where the gaps are in the collection.

I seem to be one of the only collectors on here who really do like the UFT line of Trash Pack.  I have a complete series 1 and a near complete Glow Mania set.  The figures are just awesome and as a collector I have never had any problems with them in any way.  They feature some of the funniest sculpts and the weapons they hold just add to the comedic factor!

I don't play with my Trash Pack or UFT figures, so I don't know if this is where the flaw may lie.  Don't get me wrong, I have loaded them in the spinner and made a few of them "fight" in the arena with excellent results.  May I ask what were the flaws that you have observed or read about the UFT?

There really isn't a truly "rare" figure; however, you must buy certain play sets as Strontium Dog mentioned to complete your entire set.  Specifically, you must buy the areas for the master trash and 12 figures only come individually with the spinners/launchers.  I have found (especially for Glow Mania) that if you pay attention to the figures displayed on the outside of the 12 packs, you can very easily collect the entire set of "commons".  I picked up 6 12-packs for GM and have all the commons with no doubles!  Very excited about that!

Personally, I feel these series are WAY too good to pass up!

I bought the toilet UFT figure for my best friend. She loves it, as it freaks out her cat. I like the firmer rubber they use for the UFT figures, although I am most fond of the ghost TP figures. I dabbled here and there in TP, but I really dig the translucent figures. If they were a firmer rubber like the UFT figures, I'd probably want the whole line.

Looks like that guy's "Bin Scab Beetle." I like your name for him too, haha. That's one of the Gross Ghosts I still need!

I've been buying a pack of the Ghosts pretty much every time I go to Target, so I have doubles. So for anyone else who ends up with extras, let me know and maybe we can trade.

The Gross Ghosts have been stupid popular since they came put. Its great, because they will probably do it yearly with series 2 and on. A cheap way to make cool figures that people really dig.,
