This variations are from carded Beast from Spain. And at the back of the crad it is said "made in Valencia, Spain". I don't have more time to search information about them so if you can go for it.

Here are the two #8 Sledgehammer Elephants. One in original colors and the other one is dyed with some color. I assume it's green.

Here is a pic of the Cobra Paint variant, one has lighter armour and the brown below his head is a lighter brown than the other. The Swiny boar variant is the orange on the figure, one is lighter than the other.

Kangaroo variants are hardly noticable, one is a greener blue than the other. The polar bears have different coloured armour, ones just a bit lighter.

One more, the Rabbit variants. The shorter rabbit varaint is actually just a different head sculpt with shorter ears. But there is a difference in the tails, one of the tails is round and the other tail is flat at the back. The Shorter rabbit also has a flat tail. Sorry about the crappy picture.

I am jealous! My 3rd version of the porcupine wasn't all that different, so I only have 2 of the variations.

Anyone have an extra mouse with unpainted teeth variation, mint with weapon (rub not important).

How about the shark with maroon chest box rather than the red chest box?

Are these known variations too?

The left figure is made of orange plastic and the right one is made of black plastic.

And maybe a variation of beast #7.

The left toad is made of the typical green plastic with yellow paint and the right one is made of light green plastic with dark yellow paint. Or are these just signs of age?
