Looking to see how much a Lego collector would pay for this lot. I am not a fan of Legos and looking to get rid of these.

City Kayak

Lego Movie Figure

I feel funny lined up next to kids building these at TOYSRUS, so I just pack them up and build them at home like a real man.

All your sets are relatively new so I would suggest putting them away for at least a year if you want to sell them for a meaningful amount.  The difficulty with selling these is they dont have a lego number which is used to easily buy and sell Lego sets on sites like www.bricklink.com or get an accurate price quote on www.brickpicker.com.  At the moment they are not worth much.
