Awesome Find. It's always great to find a few gems when cleaning. The "4 Armed Shredder" is actually "Czar Zosta" from Toxic Crusaders. I've seen the bright pink Donatello before and think its from a ninja turtle board game but not 100% sure.

Oh,now i had a few toxic crusaders so makes sence,he could be from a board game,no feet markings so sounds a probability, never did see the TC cartoon though

It was kinda weird show, Troma takes there Ultra Violent Mutant killing machine and put it in a saturday morning cartoon where instead of killing people he saves the environment.

Don't forget the copious amounts of boning, newjack. Toxie always had his hands on boobs.
Bizarre choice for a cartoon character, but still, those were fun toys.

Yeah I thought it was a turtle, but wasn't too sure. Pretty cool.

And I too was always puzzled when they tried to adapt the Toxic Crusader into a morning cartoon, though I would have loved to see the kid get his head smashed in glorious 2d animation.

Been a few years so you probably got your answer but it wasn't addressed in the thread so I thought I'd pitch in. The purple, one-eyed monster you indicated is Bug-Eye Ghost from The Real Ghostbusters; one of my favorite toys as a child.
