Second Attempt. My last message has been removed and I suppose it was because the figure shows part of her breast. Anyway I've censored the picture and I hope now it's ok.

I don't know nothing about this action figure because it hasn't any trademark. It reminds me a lot to those videogame action figures from 2000s. As you can see, her uniform is similar to the main character of Cutie Honey japanese anime.

Someone has any ideas what action figure is this?
