I was wondering if the two collector cases with the exclusive figures ever saw the light of day? I had a preorder with Entertainment Earth that got cancelled but I wasn't sure if that was because they ran out of stock or that the cases just got cancelled.

Based on some of the things I have read here it sounds like they were canceled all together. Comb the Slug section and you will find the same info I speak of.

I am not surprised by any of this. Real shame. I really like the human / flesh figures in this series. I felt the zombies in the first series were the best. Probably means the Aliens and the Monsters will never be produced.

response to the question of if they will release the official glow in the dark slug zombies........

Unfortunately because the demand was not high enough they are not set to be released. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.

That's too bad. Now what I am wondering about is whether the last couple waves shown on the poster were canceled, or if it's just the case that was axed.

Hopefully they'll finish out what they had planned.. minus the cases. The cases were kind of silly anyways, being that they would not have had the capacity for the complete set.

I don't know if I can live in world where I was promised a Charles Bronson mini figure only to have it yanked from claws.

I'm actually happy about this being canceled.
Combined with it being kind of pointless and it wouldn't fit with the missing series 1 figures this makes me feel better.

I hope the series isn't canceled though, they're popular at target.
