Who do you guys think will be the next Yankee manager now that Joe Torre is gone?
Rumor here is they want our Pitching coach.
Does "our" pitching coach have a name?
My pitching coach is Dave Duncan, and I doubt he's even on the Yankees radar.

I'm kinda bummed, I've always liked Wakefield. Isn't he a fan favorite and really respected in the Boston area for having pitched for the BoSox for so long?

According to Yahoo! News, Tim Wakefield is going to be left off of the World Series roster. Red Sox Leave Wakefield off World Series Roster

Yeah!!!!!I can't figure this one out for the life of me.Maybe he still has some shoulder issues we all don't know about.
I was really looking foward to seeing him knuckle his way into a win.

Silly question, but did Wakefield get a lot of crap for giving up the home run to Aaron Boone in the 2003 ALCS?

Nope!!!!!We hate Aaron Boone for hitting that homerun.
Bostion fans are weird like that,We love are players up until they get traded to the Yankees.(stupid Yankees).
Edit:I reported it may be his shoulder that may be keeping him out of the World Series but the Media here is stating He still has back issues.

It's just outright painful to watch your team's offense disappear, especially when its offense had been so good and consistent throughout the season and postseason.
On the other hand, I do feel that the better team won the World Series this year, I just would've liked it to have been "a Series" if you know what I mean. The Rockies didn't really put up much of a fight.

Congrats. Are the Red Sox going after A-Rod?
Now the media here states that when Theo was asked the question he responded with "In case you are all wondering Im celebrating a World Series
Championship right now...........We had no A-Rod and look we are celebrating.
I myself would be pissed if they didn't resign Mike Lowell. He would be cheaper to keep and is a team player something A-Rod is not.
