Did a little video review about this. This is my whole take on them

*EDIT*
By the by, do you really think the figures are color ball linked.

Like should I really just pick up a bunch of reds and blues to get the chase figures and Ironman/Hulk? (From what your theories are and the ebay auctions)

What I CAN tell you thus far:

Red Hulk comes in red balls.
Green Hulk comes in white balls.
Leaping Wolverine comes in purple, Spiderman (crouching) in red, Captain America in white, Thor in green, and standing Wolverine in blue.
EVERY figure that I have, has followed that pattern, with zero exception.

Beyond that, I can't tell you a lot.

Hopefully that is some help.

The way I assemble my figures in the video....... is how they came....... going to cross check this theory...

(Trying to figure out how to get what I am missing)
Ironman (???)
Green Hulk (Green Balls??)
Red Hulk (Red Balls??)
Black Spiderman (???)

The green hulks are in the white balls, and only the white balls. I haven't found ANY of Ironman, or Black suit Spider-Man.

I can't seem to find anything on the supposed DC line of heroics, that will apparently be released as well...

***EDIT****

Redacted: http://www.heroicstoys.com/

If you look closely, you can make out most of the characters from the DC line. Two Bats, two Supes, Flash, GL, Martian Manhunter, and I think a Joker. These seem to be the DC classic designs.

What I found interesting, was that Treehouse is also putting out a line of Avengers, Batman, Spiderman, and Superman toys, to coincide with the release of each respective movie... And I guess they are doing MicroMachines now?

Oh, and APPARENTLY there are 5,000 Black Spider-Man figures out there, and they had to run the rest in clear... Just a heads up.
If you find a clear one, definitely post a picture!!

From what I gathered from their website (The QR code on the plastic wrapping brings you to this website http://www.heroicstoys.com/ ). They have "Coming in the near future" DC Wave 1, Avengers The Movie Wave 1, Spiderman: The Movie Wave 1 (The new movie coming out), Batman Wave 1 (Stand alone Batman line), Superman Wave 1 (Ditto) and they also got the license to the old Galoob toy line Micro Machines and will be doing Marvel/DC themed cars as well as basic car releases. By then they will change up the "display format" but using carded balls and what not. Hope that does not boost the cost. Being on the cheap is good =P

Just Forrest Gump-ed my way into that information, almost at the exact time that you posted. I'm excited at the prospect of the new playsets and Batman movie figures.

Hi all,
I have been collecting marvel comics for years. I stumbled on these at Dollar Tree.

I think someone had gone through the box :(

I picked up a dozen

Here is What I got:

5 Web Slinging Spiderman -- all in Red balls. (I was trying for a Red Hulk... no luck)

2 Leaping Wolverines - in blue balls

1 Standing Wolverine - in purple ball

1 Leaning/standing Spiderman - in yellow ball

1 Green Hulk - in white ball

1 Captain America - in white ball

Soooo... I am missing Thor and Red Hulk and Black Spiderman.... I think the Tree House Kids post said there was a Clear Spiderman as well...

Anyone up for a trade?

I hate to pay the $3 plus people are charging on eBay if someone else would like to trade.

I might sell my extras... not sure yet... LoL... they make a good small gift to tape to the top of a gift...

You're going to have a hard time finding a Red Hulk for less than that, outside of finding him at a store. Most people, myself included, aren't real jazzed on the prospect of trading a Rulk for a common figure.

Finally got around to snaggin a few more of these. Tried to see if I could find a Black Spidey after being sure of finding a Rulk, but now I just have more extra spideys.

I bought 9 today. 1 White, 2 Purple, 1 Green, 2 Blue, 3 Red. Couldn't remember which color the Standing Wolverine was supposed to be in, so I just got 2 of each Purple and Blue.

Here's what I got. 5 are from my first purchase. Love the Hulks! Thor ain't bad either.

Nice! I'm glad to see that you found a Red Hulk. I painted up one of my green Hulks, as the Compound Hulk from Hulk #30. I'd take a picture, but that thing looks like shit on any picture I take of it.

I just wanted the thrill of the hunt to blind draw some of the figs. I would like to have them all but blind picking them at the store is what is exciting. I know I could buy them already oppened off E-Bay but is frustrating that where I live theres three walmarts and a Toys R Us and none of them have the display for the HEROICS.

I know, I know. It can be frustrating taking what any particular department store decides to carry. My local Super Wal-Wart, for example, never every carried HoH. It is a high traffic store but they never brought em on board. But within a 1.5 hr radius, I know of at least 2 Wallys that did have them. My local Wally also got out of Marvel U too to my dismay.

You may have to look around harder. People have reported them next to the greeting cards, I've found them in the clearance section, and they may even be located around the trading cards and stuff. Always check at the end caps of each ailse, and maybe even check the novelty toys.

For some reason they like to hide these things. I guess it might be due to all the clearout most Wal-Marts are doing right now. If they aren't out now, they may pop up after the next full reset.

I have checked by the magizine racks where the trading cards and other CCG stuffs at. I even asked the TRU store manager ans he was stumped. I think from what I saw from tree house kids websit only walmart and Toy R Us are carrying them?
