Found this little guy today. Has articulated arms. Marked "2008 LFL" on the bottom. When I see "LFL" I think Lucasfilm but I don't recognize this as a Star Wars piece and damn if I can't ID him with some limited Google-Fu.

It should be Star Wars with the LFL. The articulation, paint application, plastic shine resemble Star Wars from that time too. We used to be big on Star Wars with a massive collection, but don't know what it is from. It kind of looks like Megablocks but I don't really know anything about that.
