Question about sealed pack of vintage GPK Cards

I'm back at my parents place and found these in a box. It's a small sealed pack of GPK cards. The guy on the front is Warrin Warren... After googling it appears he was part of series 4. But I can't figure out where the pack is from.

Any ideas?

If you look on the sides, it seems like the cellophane was attached to something else?

Could it be it came as a cereal premium? I was going to try and sell it, but trying to get some info first on what I am selling. I don't know if it helps, but the pack seems to have between 6-8 cards in it.

Yea sorry bro worth pretty much nada I'm afraid you can pick those rack pack's up mint for like $13.
