The orange 4-legged fig with the ring on its back in the right pic appears to be a rendition of the early Zoid called Geruder.

Brown is a super sentai gumball bootleg. All the sculpts were taken from Japanese keshi figs

The red guy with no legs farthest right on the bottom is from some company called Party Pigs that was acquired by Schleich but aside from that I can’t find anything else on them. I have 3 other guys in the same collection.

The two on the left of the middle row are Pluto and Piglet from a 1965 range of Disney Nabisco cereal premiums and were designed to hang on the side of the cereal bowl.
