I think the USB Panda-ish thingy is actually a portable mini-speaker.  I may be wrong but try finding and appropriate usb cord, attempt to charge it and see if it how's up on a blue tooth scan from your phone.  Sometimes when you scan to find the blue tooth... it will say the company's name in the name of the signal.  That will give you a place to start, a place to google accordingly.  

 

NO idea on the winder tiger thing.

I does have a little speaker at the back so I thought it may be that too! Thanks for the info, I'll see what I can find out :)

I've been told that TCFFC stands for Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation...maybe that might trigger a memory for someone. :)

The orange guy reminds me a good deal of last shadow/the great leonopteryx from Avatar.

Edit: It's definitely a leonopteryx from Avatar. Now to just find out what toy it is.
