If this were to see a US release I wonder what the earliest would be? Probably would have been shown at Toyfair if it was schedule for this year, correct?

I'm into it. I'm not into spending a mint on shipping, but if these things make it stateside, I'll be buying them a lot.

Big Bad Toy Store is in the US, it was less than $20 shipped for all the crap I bought. Their prices do reflect the import mark-up but not as bad as I thought it would be: http://www.bigbadtoy....aspx?menu=2955

Yeah, shipping was $16 and I bought a bunch of figures plus one playset. And they don't charge your card until they are in stock, and you may cancel your preorder without penalty.

Yeah just pre ordered with BBTS myself, shipping is only ten bucks for what I got. I love that they don't charge until they have product in hand.

Well a die is shot from their chest so you can approximate that they aren't much bigger than classic beasts.

There larger than the vintage ones too. They look more cubic due to the dice launcher. I would guess that they are about the same format as the SD Gundam or the Battle BDaman.

I wonder the size too. I have a lot of dice games and dice can vary in size quite a bit. I want too see them next to a vintage BB to compare. If they are too big, they might lose something, IMHO.

Think the prototypes are painted like they will come mass produced? They look good- almost too good.

I'm gonna wait a little before I pre-order. I want to be sure price/availability is stable.

Isn't the Lion included in the Land Gloria Deck? Or is that a different one?

Pre-ordered everything this afternoon, didn't see the random boosters, and now they're sold out?

http://www.bigbadtoy...448&mode=retail

It looks like these "boosters" are probably blind boxed, meaning that I'd want at least one full case of them anyway.

Also, on a side note, I've been prepping for a medical procedure all day, and this news has been the best thing possible to distract me!

How do you know you will get each figure via the random booster pack??? That's a drag to deal with.

Hence blind box. If Takara follows similar models, in each case, some figures might appear one per case of, say, 24...others might appear even less. But it does encourage trading to get what you need.

Some of these are ass ugly. But some look great. That first set, for instance, the lion and deer look great. That cat-thing with them is terrible.

They remind me too much of these awful things:

Brutal no booster packs left, at least I managed to get the rest pre ordered. I am going to need some serious hooks ups with doubles when people get them :)

Edit: Robotkingdom.com has pre orders as well for everything offered on Big bad Toy Store. Managed to snack a box of 24 boosters!
