Hey, matthewf1tz, are you going to include these guys on toypedia? They seem to meet all of your qualifications! (non-articulated, < 3" tall, no stand, sci-fi/monster themed, mono-coloured)

I would love to see some hi-res pics up on the site!

yeah, I plan to get these awesome guys on there pretty soon!

I have my fingers crossed for a Series 2 soon :)

SERIES 2!!!

so i decided to email october toys about the possibility of a second series! here's the reply:

Hi Dan!

Yes! We are currently working on Series 2 which will include even more figures than Series 1. Costs are the only thing preventing us from unleashing massive amounts of Z.O.M.B.I.E.s as quickly as we would like. We anticipate Series 2 being available later this year, but we don’t have a set date yet.

Thanks for writing and thanks for the support!

Suh-weeet! I can't wait to buy some!

In somewhat related news, the local toy store, which specialises in little toys (toy joy), has some tiny GITD zombie figures! They have clunky bases and stand about 1/2 the height of a MUSCLE, if not shorter. There are two moulds - a lumbering male and a female, who's holding a severed head!! I'll try & get some good pics with the wife's new camera. They're teeny though, so it might be tough to get the details captured.

Holy crap... that is them! How on earth did you find them based on my vague description? Looks like that auction is for only male zombies; a shame, as the females are a cooler sculpt.

edit: I found a sweet pic of the female zombie!

I love those Zombie games, I thought I had all the games, and optional extra zombies :D But I've never seen a female one before... If they've released some new ones, I'm gonna have to order them >-<

If you don't want to order a large bag o' zombies, let me know how much you need & I'll gladly pick them up from toy joy - it's only 1.5 miles from my house after all!

Awesome thanks!

I've been looking at some of the other new Zombie products (Twilight Creations) and I reckon that I'll end up getting quite a lot ;)

The Humans game really intrests me... Playing a Zombie that is trying to kill all humans is right up my alley!

i've seen them before. almost bought a few bags just so i could have my own zombie apocalypse at one point. their small size is what turned me off. trust me, if it has anything to do with zombies it'll end up on my radar at one point or another.

These things touch on my weakness for cheap, non-articulated LRG. A clear plastic box full of zombie LRG for $10 plus shipping. What's not to like?

The Zombie boardgames are great fun if you've got a fun group. If you've got a bunch of stonefaced poker players, the game loses something of its thrill.

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

I hope there's enough interest in these awesome toys for the 2nd series to eventually get made... I love my 1st series Zombies to death! (even though they're already dead)

Maybe I'll pick up one of these new "horde" packs... having just 5 lonely Zombies on my shelf doesn't inspire too much fear in all my other toys.

my hoard arrived today. i think my second favorite thing about it, second only to the fact i got more zombie figs, is the cool "i play with zombies" sticker they included in the pack. they've certainly inspired me for the fac 21 contest.

I also got my very first M.U.S.C.L.E.s from the same seller today too
