Anyone familiar with this guy?  He is around 1.5" long or more.  Moves at the middle.

Mask figures had jointed knees... so definitely not Mask.  Other than that, not sure!

Good point, also its way small for a MASK figure, but figure looks so MASK like I had to mention it.

Thanks, hard to find a good reference for Matchbox playset figures, but at least now I know where it came from.
