Can someone tell me if the "magnificent eleven" super rares are valuable in the colored versions (red or blue), or only in the flesh color?
Are flesh colored figured generally more valuable? Except of course the red Geronimo and blue missleman.

Please give me knowledge. I'm clueless.

Also, does anyone know where to find the complete 236 flesh set?

I'd have to say that if you do have a "super rare" true muscle figure in any color would be very valuable and almost one of a kind.
Post pics if you can...front and back

Yes, if you have a figure you aren't sure of, definitely post a pic.

I'm looking at eBay and seeing huge lots and high prices (from what I can tell as a noob). Is it nuts for me to think I should be able to get a couple commons for 10 bucks or so?

If you have to pay a buck apiece for common figs, you are paying on the steep end, man.
Place a want list in the Needs Toys section, and see if any of the brothers here can't hook you up with a good deal on some common figs.
Hell, I have a few spares. Message me with what you are after and I will see what I have. It's way better to deal here than go the evilbay route. Especially before you get a feel of what the figs are actually worth, which is generally a lot less than what people want on ebay.

Greetings. I am a newcomer to collecting M.U.S.C.L.E. & Kinkeshi. I am going to buy the Super 7 M.U.S.C.L.E Figurines but I am worried they might melt Kinkeshi if exposed to them for too long. As I am a newcomer who read about melting figurines, I am worried about all that kinkeshi from the reprint eras and the vintage eras melting if they are too close to the Super 7 M.U.S.C.L.E. figurines, If I should segregate keshi by M.U.S.C.L.E., Super7 and Kinkeshi, get a hardening/softening formula that you guys could invent, or what should I do?

I respect Kinnikuman and all his friends and foes, and I hope that they can live in harmony with all the Super7 Kinkeshi and figurines on the shelves... or something like that.

I don't think you have anything to worry about.

The original eraser type keshi would melt hard acrylic (like the clear part of the capsules they came in). I've never seen them damage the glossy rubber figures at all.

Do Kinkeshi run other kinkeshi with melt?

I have all mine separated by colour in baggies.

Hi, I just joined the forums, but I've been reading them for a while. This is my first post. Apologies if my questions have already been answered elsewhere, but I haven't seen clear answers yet. I have some questions about identifying unique or super rare M.U.S.C.L.E. figures. Suppose you find a figure that is not a poster figure or one of the identified non-poster figures. It has the same hardness, shininess, texture, and approximate size as standard M.U.S.C.L.E. figures. It's one of the known colors, and it has a YSNT mark on it. Aside from the fact that it is a previously unknown design, there is nothing unusual about it. It is found on its own and not in an original, sealed package. Is there anyway to tell that it is probably not a counterfeit, a Japanese figure, someone's art project, or a re-creation? Has anyone ever found a known counterfeit, art project, etc. that has all of the same qualities as a genuine M.U.S.C.L.E. figure? Has there ever been a re-release of the original M.U.S.C.L.E. figures or variations of the originals (not the Masters of the Universe, etc. versions but variations on the original M.U.S.C.L.E. designs)? Just to be clear, I have not found such a figure, I'm just curious, especially after reading all about the super rares and their mysterious origins. Thanks for any answers.

Hi, like yourself, I am a relatively new collector. I had a ton as a kid and I have been auction hunting all over ebay, japan auctions, and europe for a couple weeks now building a new collection. A few things I figured out is that yes, there was a 29th anniversary reprint, bootlegs, and there are modern keshi figures that are hard like m.u.s.c.l.e. I've got like 14 orders coming in from Japan and more than a few are of that ilk. I spent days with google translate learning all the right japanese words! I am not an expert (just very enthusiastic) but if I was you I would try asking kayfabe1985 about some pieces. He knows a lot about all manner of kinnikuman figures. He has posts in Got Toys and kinkeshi. I bought 3 lots from him and he has been good to deal with.

A few easy pointers is to look at the colour. The newer flesh ones are lighter in colour. There are later reprints in blue and red for example that are a lot more vibrant than the stuff from the 80s. The Y/S.N.T stamp is copied by bootleggers to forms that look a lot like it. Y/SN or YSNT - things meant to trick you. Unscrupulous sellers will hide that back stamp.
