During the cleanup of my old toys I came across an old toy that looks like it's a combiner torso made from a drill tank. There are no faction markings on the toy.
On the back I can see the following:
A logo of "LH", a stylized teddy head with the letters LH on it.

A reverse image search failed to turn up any clues.
Does anyone know what this toy is and what other bits make up the combiner?
