Hey guys, I'm new here.

I just came to know glyos and I'm in love with it, but I live in Brazil, so things are very expensive to send here. I wanted to know which of the producers have the best shipping rates?

I've already talked to Matt and he said that he could send a bonus figure to compensate for the high rate...

Welcome!

That is a tough question. What lots of our international members here do is pay people in the states to order for them and then have the toys shipped off from the buyer in the states overseas to them. The big question is what kind of shipping do you feel safe using? If a box of toys is shipping without the expensive of tracking/insurance it's much much cheaper. But you need to trust the people you are dealing with and be ok with the very slight possibility of something getting lost in the mail. So it really depends on what you are comfortable with. I've bought for people before for a few months then sent off nice sized boxes of toys and saved people literally over 100 bucks on shipping that way.

Yeah, I was thinking about that. I have some friends at the U.S. that I could ask. I've found some on e-bay for quite cheap shipping, even if the figures themselves are pricier...

I say friend someone in the US and have them stockpile for you. Then have them wait and ship in bulk when you are ready.

I have a friend in Malaysia that gets all of his glyos shipped to me. I do nothing but maintain his packages and when he is ready I ship and he pays me shipping cost

You can always email directly the maker of each figure line directly, they can usually give you a deal or ship first class when their stores only allow for priority. But every single one of the glyos companies can be reached easily via facebook, twitter, or email

I've had the same problem. I got all my Glyos via trades with other people who live in the US. Glyos is cheap for them but pricy for me so a trade for a trade with cheap-ish shipping to the States works good!

Matt is a great guy, but he won't budge on the shipping. He has very good reasons for it but that doesn't make it suck any less for us folks outside the US.
