I didn't see a topic here yet so I created one.  I ran out to SSM Vending today and bought the new Onell/Glyos capsule toys Bit Figs.  They have animals and ninjas.  It looks like there are 50 flavors of Ninjas (5 molds, 5 colors, painted/unpainted) and I'll update here once I open the animal ones.

http://onelldesign.b.../label/Bit Figs

http://www.bitfigs.com

They're the same size as Fighter Pods/Spider Pods or Mordles.   They're less rubbery than those figures, closer in feel/fit to normal Glyos toys.  I popped off Pheyden's hands and feet, and they work as replacements.  As hands, it looks like he's putting on a puppet show.

Ninja Series 1 Notes

It looks like there are 5 sculpts, available in 5 colors, with painted/unpainted of each - but I can't confirm this from my bag as many painted (and unpainted) figures were not present.  Ku (Skeleton) seems to be the most common in all formats, but it could just be my bag of grab.

Animal Series 1 Notes

My bag had NO painted cats - but it had a few painted dogs in cat colors.  Otherwise, I had pigs/ducks/bunnies/dogs all in painted/unpainted as one might expect.  The header card does include a painted cat figure.

I am looking for these. I've been searching since their announcement. No luck so far.

I'm traveling soon so I will keep my eyes open.

I wonder if going in on a bulk lot of these straight from SSM would be a feasible deal for a gob of us to go in on. SSM doesn't have any pricing listed.

They're $26/bag. plus shipping - which I believe I read was around $20.   Thing is, you're totally, absolutely not going to get a complete set out of a bag.  And by that I mean even one set.   Animals came up short by one, Ninjas by a few from my bag.

I'm going to put up extras for sale/trade/whatever when I finish inventorying them, if anyone is interested.

Skellies are the ones I got a bunch of, so I can help you there.   If you got a trade list, let me know!

I want whatever I can get. These are incredible and there's not a chance we'll see them this side.

I'd like a set each of unpainted black and yellow ninjas if you have enough extras. I have some Glyos and other stuff for trade. I'll PM you with a pic when I get a chance.

Are the skeletons from the ninja set? I agree, they're the coolest ones.

Yeah, four or five skellies and onis, and I am set. Honestly, the little ninjies do nothing for me, but I can see where people would think they were cool. 10 year old Jimmy would have loved them.

Damn! that is too awesome. I'm always hoping vending machines can get back to being at least half as cool they were when I was growing up. These would have taken quite a lot of my lunch money.

The skeleton could almost pass for a Terraria mini. My kids will probably want some of these too. It will be cool to actually see these in vending machines soon.

I think I might have passed up the animal Bit Figs at some point and not realized just what they were or who made them... the card art with figures on the Onell blog looked familiar. I'd have probably noticed if I'd passed by the ninjas though.

let me know about that Mega Bit Pheyden. I'm curious if it's worth the cash, and I'm a sucker for pixel shit.

If you can buy in bulk, it'll probably be from here:

Unfortunately the website is horrible, and there's no pricing info
