$4.75?   $34?

I dunno, but I might work "salmon claw" into a recipe.

According to Ebay (reality), he's worth $15-$25.

The Claw is awesome in all colors. As children my brother and I had it in red, green, flesh and perhaps a few other shades. There's also the niggling thought that we had it in purple but I can't bring myself to accept that because it's simply too painful.

I'd say $25-30 is fair.  But of course I've seen it go for as much as $40.

But overall I think $25-30... they aren't class A or B's - they are just really popular.  In theory they are common.

Anyone else want to throw in their 2 cents?

I have observed-generally- over the past three years- salmon claws and red claws both have auctioned from $20-60.  Other colors besides purple have went $10-25 in auction.  And this is single figure auctions, not lots with claws in them.........

In an auction literally anything can happen.  If nobody wants one at the time or people don't notice they can go very cheep.  I've definitely bought tons of lots with Class A figures over the past few years that had Class A figures and still only went for $0.75 a figure.  There are other intangible elements that go into getting great figures cheap:  your time, knowledge of the genre, patience, etc.

There is for sure a premium on figures when you are selling collector to collector or trading.  You can't just assume that because somebody won a 153S on ebay once for $15 that anybody can always buy one at the price all of the time!  I have also seen them sell as high as $60-$65.  Last month somebody got a 153P in a lot with a $65 BIN and look at the $900 lot thats up right now.

Your 153S looks to be in exceptional condition.  Very crisp and clean.  I think you'd be selling yourself short if you didn't ask at least $40-$50 on it (especially in trade).  I say this because I'd be shocked if you put it on eBay with a good description and great clear picture for a $50 BIN and it didn't sell.  Maybe not immediately but eventually somebody would pull the trigger on that.

Salmon is the hardest to find next to purple, I've seen it sell for over $100 years back. The prices have come down since then and is probably worth closer to $30-$65.

Couple of years ago I sold 3 extra salmon claws I had for around $75 to $100. Figure only. It won't sell for that much now.

You may be able to get one if you have a satan cross to trade for it..you would have to ask Dave first though.  I just got one in a random lot of figures I bought for 15 dollars on FB...that was a pretty nice score.

Honestly I have not found any yet; I have been watching vintage toy buy sell trade groups, plus the mini figure militia and mini figure marketplace.

I know this topic is old but I'd be interested if anyone had one.

My Salmon Claw is in near perfect shape and I'm looking for a Satan Cross in the same kind of shape. I'm willing to trade straight up figure for figure.
