So let me get this straight: The EXACT SAME figures are always packaged in the sets? For example, all the Set 1 packages have the exact same figures in the exact same colors?

That's how it was from this case of figures, but we really will have to see what the others get.
By the way, I had to swipe the last 4 figures I needed from my kids, hehe.

Each set costs $5, which makes a whole set only cost $20! Wow... toys that are actually worth what you pay for them! I think the toy companies are actually catching on!This is absolutely amazing! Should be easy to collect once I find them. How much does each set of 15 cost?
Do you guys remember when you had to pay $6 for TWO Pokemon figures?! Sure they came with a ball or some other cheesy accessory, but I was really only interested in the figures. Also, Yugioh figures are something like $3 each! The Ultimate Muscle prices are definitely a welcome change!

great price......
let's compare the original figures to the new ones (insofar as price)
ORIGINAL MUSCLE figures
4 4-packs (16 figures)- approx. $4
1 10-pack + 1 4-pack (14 figures)- approx $3.50
ULTIMATE MUSCLE 15-packs $5
so, we're only paying a few cents more per figure......and we get painted versions, and other neat goodies for our money....
definitely a deal.....good job Bandai!!!

here's what i have...
the painted figures are sweet. but don't put them in your pocket, and take them around with you to play with. the paint wears off sort of easily.
the flesh ones are great. just great.
i could do without them being super deformed, but it's nice to have them.
i opened up two packs, (one 15 pack, one card pack) to find my terry the kid doing the calf branding on rex king, terry's arm wasn't glued into place. and my red blocken jr. from the card pack, wasn't glued in at the waist.
other than that, i am extremely pleased...
that, and on the back of the packaging, counting the 15 packs, and card figures, there are still four or five figures not in the set... like dead signal, and sunigator.
anyhow, good crap bandai.
now get cracking on an old kinkishi re-release!!!!

Really??? That kinda sucks!the painted figures are sweet. but don't put them in your pocket, and take them around with you to play with. the paint wears off sort of easily.
What color are the figures underneath the paint??? Maybe a whole new color figure?

he was the skin color they had for him, for a while...
but when that rubs away, you get sort of a 'shiney' version of the new pink guys. i think i might dip one of my doubles into some paint thinner to get to the bottom of the matter quickly...
