Okay, first off, a bit of background:

Seymour (Maester Seymour Guado) is one of the main villains in Final Fantasy X. He generally looks relatively human-ish (if you can ignore the funky blue hair and veins around the eys), but after he gets killed and somehow refuses to stay dead, he begins to change his form. This figure is Seymour Natus, the first "Monster" form of Seymour that you have to face. He also comes with Mortibody, a strange crab-like creature that fought alongside him.

Height: About 7"-8"

Materials: Very, very nice. A mixture between plastic for the main body and a soft, ruber vinyl for the shoulderpads, "skirt," etc. Mortibosy is hard plastig, with a bendy tail. I don't like "bendy" things much, because they always get stuck, but this one isn't too bad.

Accessories: The HUGE Backing, Mortibody, and a stand for both of em. Seymour fits onto te bacing, and the backing fits onto his stanf. Mortibody snaps onto a ost on the stand next to him,

Articulation: Absolutely incredible. Seymour has joints like a living person, and you can pose him on his weird backing however you want- his feet won't tough the floor, though. Mortibody has some pretty articulated arms, but they tend to fall off and have to be put back on.

Sculpt: The picture doesn't do it justice. EVERY detail on him is beautifully sculpted, even the inside of that organic "skirt" of his!

Paint: Incredible. Not a sincle error or omission in the paint job- there's even a little bit between the joints on his fingers! He looks just as good as he did in the game- even his face looks excellent! And the huge backing was done in a good wash that brings out its details nicely.

Playability: Not too bad, but you'd rather use him for display.

Displayability: You want one on your shelf. Now.

Price: About $15-$35, depending on where you go. I got mine for $20.

Overall: This figure is more than worth it- still pictures do NOT do it justice!
