At 2pm PST in Eric Nilla's store http://ericnilla.storenvy.com/ we are releasing a bunch of cool stuff.

 

Since the Atomic Uchuujin i designed and sculpted has been popping up on Mandrake and selling for insane amounts(hundreds of dollars)we wanted to do a new release so people can grab one cheap if they want to. Eric made a small run in metallic silver, metallic blue and a few in thermal color changing stuff too all for 18 bucks a pop.

 

He has also been using a Critter mold for left over rubber so he's doing a blind bag release of those as well in crazy colors and mixes and stuff for 13 bucks a pop.

 

The coolest part of the release is a resin version of the Atomic monster hand painted by Joe Whiteford. These come with valentine cards, a button, a 3D header and 3D glasses. The best part in my opinion is that each one comes with a vintage toy watch from comic book ads back from the late 60's that actually fires tiny missiles really far. We designed stickers for the front and the back of the watch and had them printed with help from Jkaris so the watch looks like the watch from the banned Ultraseven episode that inspired the Atomic monster. Took months to get this whole thing done and we were only able to make 15 but it has been a blast. These sets are 55 bucks and that does seem expensive but most of that will just be covering the cost involved.

I'm devastated at the timing (as usual with quality Zectron releases, ahaha) but have been making it up with some added advertisement on Twitter. Hopefully this release will capture more of the attention of core Ultra fans than the last one.

 

These new releases are so damn cool! I'd never normally go for resin versions but that deluxe package is glorious, and every rubber variant is cool but the chameleon version in particular is way beyond my expectations for what Eric's produced before. Top release all around, with bonus Critters to boot!

Thanks guys. Always appreciate the kind words. So much fun working with Eric and Joe and getting to have more say in how things happen. We all go overboard and it makes for some really fun releases.

wow yeah that's a cool premium pack concept. I picked up one of the color changing guys from the ToyCon UK last year and I think with shipping it cost nearly as much haha. Came in a neat box though, and with a pin. The watch and valentine are interesting additions though, love it!
