Transformers Pretenders questions

I'm not asking because my shop has overly high prices, (usually they're on the lower end of the spectrum), I just like to know what things're worth before buying them.
They have most of these guys from what I can remember:

And some larger figures, like a purple guy with a skull head and whatnot. Ebay tends to be bad for people over-inflating things, so I'm asking you guys!
Thanks for any and all info as usual.

My local comic shop has a fairly decent sized collection of Transformers stuff. I always look at it, just for the hell of it. I keep noticing these cool animal-lookin' figs and finally asked what they were. Transformers Pretenders is what I was informed, and I'm hoping you guys know a little bit about them. Mostly in regards to their worth.

Check Ebay completed listings for auctions.

If these Pretenders are complete with all accessories (not tech spec & manual) then expect $35-$40 each
Shells only go for about $10
Only one that I can remember it's price is the little green turtle thing in the picture I posted. They've got it for ten bucks but it's empty, nothing in it's back-hole of any kind.
Toxo: Completed listings give me an idea of what people were willing to pay, not necessarily it's value.

Well yes and no. If the shells are worth ten bucks, but fifty guys buy them at fifteen bucks, are they now worth fifteen? We're having this debate on another thread currently.
I was just hoping for some quick answers/knowledge on this stuff so I could make an educated decision without the ebay trawling.

It's yes. There's no debate. Look up the definition of the word.
And where do you think the people answering your inquiry would be getting their answers? Why ask other people for answers you could easily find yourself?

Other pretenders go for a lot less, monstructor is more desirable but really only the more hardcore/completist collectors have him as hes not part of the US G1 Cartoon.
I got my answers from being a TF collector

I'm not entirely sure what crawled up your butt there buddy but I don't think I need to be on the receiving end of it. Thanks for your time though.
Thanks for your informational responses, Skullcruncher. You gave me exactly what I wanted to know. It's appreciated!
