So, I was looking through a stack of my old Beano comics recently, when I happened across a page that folk here might be interested in. Good thing I have a scanner! Here it is:

Ah, Beano and Boglins - a mix of pure nostalgia if I ever saw one! What a cool advert though, I know it's a cliché but they really don't make em like that any more!!

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

I'd say pretty high, since the Beano had a circulation of quarter of a million or so in the early 1990s.

Here's another one from the Beano, dated 19th February, 1994. For all those of you who'd forgotten the Cool Dudes' names!

Tha reminds me of the frosties box. Amazing.

I work for a Utilities company and the company had a campaign about what not to flush in the toilet. The mascot looks like a Boglin (thought it has legs when its not in the crapper) http://www.origincre...-Utilities.html

Ha, that's amazing!
Is that on any bus stops or telly adverts or anything? I don't have access to television, and I don't ride buses, so I wouldn't know...
