Yellow face with what appears to be horns protruding from his forehead. 

Hard plastic, no markings, looks as though it may have had a loop or some such at one time.

 

Here it is with a monster, and a Teddy bear for scale.

Also, this bat.

Reminds me of the Fern Gully bat, but no electrode.

That monster is Battle Ox from Yu-gi-oh! the bat is from a Little Dracula Action figure.

The yellow thing is a puppet, your fingers go in the big hole and your thumb moves the bottom shelf to make it's mouth work. I've seen them before but cant recall the name of them...

I have seen those also, but this one is a very hard plastic. There is no way it would flex.
